A selection of visual art set ups, painting, drawing, clay, writing, collage table, projection and some other creative encouragements.
Music & movement to support the release of stress & or feeling stuck.
A non-judgmental space where the aim isn't about artistic outcome but rather the process.
No tuition to learn a particular Art practice, but inspiring material and support will be there for you to trying out things.
