Gary has over a decade of exerience developing plans for creatives, from festivals to small businesses.
This workshop is a combination of learning and working together in small groups.
Participants are asked to register early so they can work through an introductory package.
During the workshop you will work with others to further develop each others business plans.
The workshop will be structured to ensure all key topics are covered and groups have a chance to experience business plan development.
