The Great Golden Bay Art Auction!

Please utilise this form to register your art works for the Summer Arts Festival 2026 Art Auction. ONE artwork per registration form only. Drop off of artworks: Date: Sunday 22nd February between 2pm and 4pm Venue: The Mussel Inn, Onekaka Art auction: Date: Sunday 22nd February between 5pm onward Venue: The Mussel Inn, Onekaka Terms and conditions: Artworks must be of a high standard in both presentation and production. The organiser reserves the right to decline an artwork if it does not meet these standards. Artworks must be dropped off between the hours of 2pm and 4pm on the day of the auction AND any unsold artworks must be picked up at the end of the auction. A commission of 20% will be collected on the sale of all artworks. The balance will be paid out by the organiser within 2 weeks from the date of the auction. All finances are handled by the GBCAC to ensure accountability. The organisers will make every effort to care for your artwork however the organiser will not be held financially liable for any damages or miscommunication associated with your artworks being a part of the art auction. Sellers are limited to THREE artworks being included in the art auction. There is no limit to the number of artworks donated for the auction. All proceeds from donated artworks go to the organisational costs of the 2027 Summer Arts Festival.
